Important Tips, to get the best out of your Tour, and inclusions in the Tour Cost

All the Tours in this brochures, are ex- Bangalore / Trivandrum, and the Guest has to reach the First destination, and return back from the last destination in the Itenrary at their own cost, either by Train or Air.
•
During the Season time there is heavy rush for Railway Tickets, hence we advise the Guests to decide and book their Tours atleast 90 days in advance, so that we can assist them in Railway Tickets, through our Authorized Railway Agents, even if they want to travel by air, when you book early you will get attractive discounts.
•
Even though we have mentioned the names of the Hotels in each destinations, but for reasons beyond our control, we may have to change the same at the last moment, in such cases we shall try to provide, similar grade of hotels, but there shall be no refund for the same.
•
The entire surface journey shall be by Airconditioned Coaches, or smaller vehicles as per the number of passengers. In case of any breakdown of Air Conditioning, we shall try to repair/replace the same at the earliest, but there shall be no refund for the same.
•
During the entire tour we shall provide, morning and evening Tea/Coffee, Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner. Vegetarian Food prepared by our own Marwari Cooks.
•
As such Dakshin Pravas is a Tour Organizer, and all the services to be provided to the clients are sourced from different service providers, like Hotels, Bus Operator, etc, and even though we have long association with all the suppliers, we shall not be held directly responsible for any lapse in service from their side, and there shall be no refund for the same.
•
Guests are advised to take care of their belongings, and use the facilities of the Safe Deposit Boxes in the Hotel, it is always better not to carry valuables like Jewellery which are not required in the Tour. We shall in no way be responsible for any theft or pilferage from the Hotel or Bus. Also note that it becomes very difficult to file police complaint etc, during the tour, as we shall always be traveling

Due to reasons beyond our control, like, Riots/Accidents/Flood/Political unrest/Bandh/Landslide or any other calamities, if the Tour programme has to be amended, any extra charges for rerouting/extending/ the programme shall have to be borne by the Guests.
•
We do not provide any services during the To & Fro Train journey.
•
All passengers traveling by Air, will have to bear the charge for transfers from Airport-Hotels-Airport.
•
Third Person in the same room will be provided with extra mattress on the floor only.
•
The Guests have to occupy the rooms and vacate the rooms as per the check-in and check-out times of the Hotels. (Normally it is 12:00 Noon)
•
Dakshin Pravas shall in no way be liable for any claim due to accidents, thefts, injuries/death etc, and the Guest are advised to buy Travel insurance for their safety.
•
Journey times mentioned are only an indication and may vary due to various reasons.
•
In case the Guests have to leave the Tour mid way, there shall be no refund for the un used Tour, and the Guest has to make arrangements to travel back at their own expense.
•
The Tour Cost does not include expenses of personal nature, like Boating, Horse Riding, Beverages, Tips, Telephone charges, and all other items, that are not specifically mentioned above as included.
•
The Deposit of Rs.3,000/= per person paid at the time of booking is non refundable, but can be adjusted against any future bookings, in case you have to cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons.
Our team shall take all sincere effort to make your tour most memorable, but your co-operation is equally important.
Supplement charges shall apply for all tours operating during the Christmas Season.
